The dual-net system helps you practise accuracy, power and control from ground to air. The trainer suits solo sessions and team drills. You'll work on volleys, half volleys, ground passes and trapping.
The elevated spot net stands 4ft high for shooting and aerial control. The ground pass net sits low for accurate passes and ball control drills. Both nets return the ball so you can train continuously. The steel frame and fibreglass uprights keep the trainer stable outdoors. You can practise different techniques in one compact setup.
