We deliver to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us via email before placing an order.
Exclusion Zones
We do not ship to the areas marked in red on our delivery map (see end of page). If your order’s shipping address falls within these exclusion zones, your order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified.
Order Dispatch Times
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 9 AM are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- Please note, our delivery service is limited to doorstep delivery only.
Delivery Options

Bulk Items / Economy Delivery (Free of Charge)
- Bulk orders will be shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 5 working days. In certain postcode areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
- You will receive an email or SMS from our courier with the planned delivery date.

48-Hour Tracked Delivery (Free of Charge)
- Small parcels up to 25kg will be shipped via a 48-hour tracked delivery service.
